  • Hotels, Transport, Meal and Sightseeing will be as per itinerary.

  • Hotel Accommodation will be on twin sharing basis.

  • Vehicle will be available as per itinerary only on point to point basis. Any extra service will be charged accordingly.

  • Booking Policy:

  •          100% of the total amount is to be paid while making a booking.

  • Cancellation policy:

  •          More than 30 days prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
             29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
             14 day to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
             07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND

  • Payment to be made on Beera’n’Baan account that will be provided by us post finalization of trip.

  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred, or any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, natural hazards, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, fire, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, or any other causes beyond our control. No refund or reimbursement is possible in the above mentioned rare cases.

  • Due to traffic rules and regulations we might not be able to provide the same vehicle for the entire duration of the trip. Hence, it is possible that different vehicles will be used, but, rest assured your comfort will not be compromised.

  • There is restriction on vehicular movement in the Gangtok town after 8am. The vehicles will have to wait in the Taxi Stand post 8AM. Hence we request you to either move from your hotel before 8AM, or reach the taxi stand on your own expenses, where the vehicle will wait for you.

  • North Sikkim is a restricted area where pass is needed. It is a paradise on earth and to keep it that way, littering and plastic items is prohibited. It is also a developing area and the facilities are very basic. Room Service will not be available and guests will have to dine in the common dining room. However, the rooms are clean and have attached bathroom with running hot water.
  • People suffering from chronic heart disease, breathing problem, high blood pressure are advised not to visit Lake Gurudongmar and Yumesamdong.

  • The trip can be extended or the itinerary altered during an ongoing tour as per guest’s specification. The cost for the changed program is payable separately and cannot be adjusted with the cost of original itinerary.

  • Any sort of misconducts done by the tourist during the travel period must be compensated by him/her at the time of occurrence i.e. before leaving the spot.

  • Identification Documents are mandatory. Guest will be asked for it at several places including hotels and check-posts. PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID.

  • All legal disputes must be within the jurisdiction of the High Court of Sikkim.
