Their expertise lies in travels within the state of Sikkim and surrounding areas. Sikkim is one of the few destinations in India that is known for its untouched, pristine nature. Nestled in the lap of Himalayas, it has become a hub of tourism in the North East of India within a short span of time. Its political and social stability, low crime rate and peaceful nature have made it one of the most visited places of India as far as the ratio of tourist to locals is concerned. It is the home of the third highest peak in the world, the mighty Mount Kanchenjunga, which can be witnessed from majority of the places in Sikkim. And finally, the fact that it is a wholly organic state makes it an ideal place to visit and bask in the nature’s glory.
On the other hand, among the factors that set Sikkim apart is the fact that it is located in area that borders China. Hence, a lot of beautiful places have restrictions on the number of visitors and type of vehicles that ply. Roshan’s travelling days started the moment he stepped out of his home state to South of India to pursue Engineering and eventually MBA. In these years he unintentionally traveled length and breadth of the country, often as a backpacker and mostly on his Royal Enfield Motorcycle. He thus realized the value of travelling and the profound difference the experiences have made in his life. Coming back home after 10 long years, he has been using his experience to help the guests discover the joy of travelling. He is designated as the Marketing Manager of Beera ‘n’ Baan.
Utsav, a qualified civil engineer by profession quit his mundane job life to start an exciting venture in his area of greater interest. An avid traveller by nature, he has the ultimate zeal to explore various places in nook and corner of the country. Being an adventure lover, he strives to make a lasting impression on our guest by providing excellent experiences. He utilizes his management skills in providing our guests with maximum experience and comfort at minimum expense. He is designated as the Operations Manager of Beera ‘n’ Baan.
A dynamic youth full of energy, Ujjwal has completed his Graduation in economics from Sikkim Government College Tadong. He hails from Kalimpong and is associated with Beera N Baan tours and travels since 2022 as a Documentation and Transportation Manager. He loves to play chess and cook delicacies when he isn't obtaining permits and assigning the vehicles to destinations. He is one of the main pillars of the Agency and Beera N Baan is proud to have him onboard.
Namgyal Tamang's journey in the team has been nothing short of spectacular. He hails from South Sikkim and has an experience of 12+ years in his profession. He has travelled around the nook and corner of the state and is an extremely knowledgeable guide. In his free time he loves to be around his family and his kids.
